At NHC we are constantly striving to optimize your experience and patient feedback is critical in this process of continual improvement. "A month and a half, 2 months wait."
"I am still waiting for test results, and I have been waiting a week."
"I plan on making another appointment."
"The front desk staff and in general, everyone at that office has mediocre service. Everyone but practitioners. They are not friendly, no conversation, and when I give blood, also not friendly. I wish I can get in sooner for an appointment. They don't ever answer the phone I have to wait for them to call back."
"I would like it to be open longer. My appointment phone wait was over 15 minutes."
