NHC works collaboratively with the Milwaukie High School School-Based Clinic providing dental services, through a service agreement with Outside In, a local FQHC; local HeadStart and Title X school programs to provide dental screening, education, referrals and fluoride varnish to school age children; Providence Health and Services who provides specialty care, hospitalization, laboratory and imaging services as well as additional resources through their Community Resource Desk. Project Access NOW, a local non-profit that coordinates care to specialists for uninsured patients and has trained OHP Enrollment Assisters to help patients with enrollment issues; and LifeWorks NW a non-profit, community-based prevention, mental health and addiction agency committed to supporting a healthy community. NHC also works collaboratively with Beaverton School District providing health care services at the Merlo Station School-Based Health Center to any student enrolled in the Beaverton School District.
