Our Staff

Maxwell Cohen, ND

Maxwell Cohen, NDMax holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Max completed a residency in integrative primary care at NUNM. His goal is to inform and educate patients on the importance of preventive healthcare. Max’s clinical interests include diet and lifestyle medicine, bedside ultrasound, and evidence-based integrative medicine. In his personal time Max enjoys biking, backpacking, photography and spending time with his family. Max provides primary care services at the Oregon City Medical Clinic.


Otuodita Ejiasa, MD

Otuodita Ejiasa, MDOtuodita (Dr. E) holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Colorado at Denver. Otuodita has over 12 years of experience in healthcare; including eight years of work in urgent care services, primary care services, and family medicine. She also has experience designing and crafting grafts for spinal, joint and reconstructive surgery from donor tissue. As a lead chemist, she also spent time sampling gaseous fuel from a renewable energy biomass gasification system and used the analyzed data to aid in design of subsequent models. In 2018, Otuodita was recognized as Portland Monthly’s Top Doctor. Otuodita provides services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic. In her free time, Dita loves to cook/bake, travel, participate in outdoor sports, and read.


Brittney Griggs, PA

Britteny Griggs, PABrittney holds a Master of Medical Science from Saint Francis University and a Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from the Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program. She has worked with a variety of patients with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities. Brittney is currently serving as an officer in the United States Army Reserves. In her spare time Brittney enjoys reading, particularly on rainy days, as well as puzzling, golfing and hiking. Brittney provides services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic.


Catherine Kateley-Williams, MA, LPC, CADC1

Neighborhood Health CenterCatherine holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon; and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She is a licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Catherine has been practicing since 2015. Catherine has experience serving diverse populations including pregnant women and women postpartum suffering from addiction while collaborating with Probation and Parole and Department of Human Services while navigating parenthood; victims of trauma; individuals who experience homelessness and mental health disorders. She also has experience with case management, individual and group therapy, and facilitating access to resources. Catherine has specialized training in Mediation of group conflicts, Gerontology work with end of life preparation, behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. In her spare time Catherine likes to read, sew and spend time volunteering at one of Portland’s Anime Conventions. Catherine provides Behavioral Health Services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic.


Erin Lingenfelter, FNP

Erin Lingenfelter, FNPErin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. After working in an inpatient setting at IU Health Methodist hospital in Indianapolis for 6 years, she went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis. She has experience with a wide range of patients of all ages and ailments. In her free time, Erin enjoys taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including hiking, skiing, eating great food, and traveling. Erin provides services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic.


Jovin Panthapattu, PharmD, RPh, BCACP

Jovin Panthapattu, PharmD, RPh, BCACPJovin holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo in New York. He completed a clinical pharmacy residency in the Midwest through the University of Minnesota where his training focused on the delivery of pharmaceutical care within a community health center setting. Jovin is a board-certified ambulatory care clinical pharmacist experienced in providing exceptional patient care within a multidisciplinary care team model. He focuses on providing comprehensive medication therapy management services including medication reviews with patients and consultations with medical providers. Prior to joining NHC, Jovin worked with medically underserved, ethnic and uninsured patient populations which has allowed him to continue to build upon his knowledge and skill set to provide culturally competent care. In his personal time Jovin enjoys traveling (nationally and internationally), exploring cultures through cuisine, being outdoors, fusion-cooking, and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Jovin provides services in our Canby and Oregon City Clinics.
