Our Staff

Britteny Briggs, PA

Neighborhood Health CenterBrittney holds a Master of Medical Science from Saint Francis University and a Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from the Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program.  She has worked with a variety of patients with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.  Brittney is currently serving as an officer in the United States Army Reserves. In her spare time Brittney enjoys reading, particularly on rainy days, as well as puzzling, golfing and hiking. Brittney provides services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic.


Catherine Kateley-Williams, LPC

Neighborhood Health CenterCatherine holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon; and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She is a licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Catherine has been practicing since 2015. Catherine has experience serving diverse populations including pregnant women and women postpartum suffering from addiction while collaborating with Probation and Parole and Department of Human Services while navigating parenthood; victims of trauma; individuals who experience homelessness and mental health disorders. She also has experience with case management, individual and group therapy, and facilitating access to resources. Catherine has specialized training in Mediation of group conflicts, Gerontology work with end of life preparation, behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. In her spare time Catherine likes to read, sew and spend time volunteering at one of Portland’s Anime Conventions. Catherine provides Behavioral Health Services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic.


Erin Lingenfelter, FNP

Neighborhood Health CenterErin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.  After working in an inpatient setting at IU Health Methodist hospital in Indianapolis for 6 years, she went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis.  She has experience with a wide range of patients of all ages and ailments. Erin has been providing services at the Oregon City Medical clinic since June 2018. In her free time, Erin enjoys taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including hiking, skiing, eating great food, and traveling. Erin provides services in our Oregon City Medical Clinic.
