Our Staff

Christine Arthur, MD

Neighborhood Health CenterDr. Arthur attended Oxford Medical School and graduated in medicine and surgery at the University of Oxford in England. She interned at Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut before moving to the Pacific Northwest to complete her psychiatric residency at OHSU in Portland. She has over 40 years of experience as a psychiatrist in private practice, at Kaiser Permanente NW region, and community mental health clinics around the metro area and the state. She has worked as a psychiatric consultant to primary care clinics in Portland, and has experience treating mental health and substance use disorders using medications, therapy and education. In her free time she enjoys gardening, flower arrangement, reading Scandinavian Noir mysteries, and working on improving environmental health. She is a folk singer and composer of many songs, which celebrate nature, earth centered traditions, the seasons, and support all human rights (especially women’s rights).


Holly Fay, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Neighborhood Health CenterHolly holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Gonzaga University; a Bachelors of Nursing from George Fox University; and an Associates of Science and Arts from Portland Community College. She has experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Native American Rehabilitation Association where she provided culturally competent primary care to Native Americans, Native Alaskans, and other vulnerable populations. Additionally, Holly also has over 12 years of experience as Registered Nurse working in the hospital setting at both Providence Health Systems and Legacy Health Systems; as well as an Oncology Nurse Coordinator at Oregon Health Sciences University providing educational support and health care to patients diagnosed with cancer. In her free time Holly enjoys weekend trips to the beach, camping, cooking and spending time with her family. Holly provides services in our Beaverton Medical Clinic and our Merlo Station School-Based Health Center.


Karla Goodman, ND

Neighborhood Health CenterKarla holds a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. Karla has experience providing naturopathic medicine in a variety of modalities including general family practice, pediatrics, women’s medicine, and endocrinology. She has practiced in assisted living pathways, family and elementary school clinics in Arizona prior to providing Naturopathic Medicine services in Oregon since 2012. Karla provides primary care services in Beaverton Medical Clinic.


Amanda Kruszka, LCSW

Neighborhood Health CenterAmanda holds a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. She has 10 years of experience supporting emotional and mental health needs of individuals of all ages, including those coping with chronic conditions, domestic violence, sexual assault, and struggling with various life or situational stressors. Amanda is well versed in providing patient-centered behavioral health, one on one therapy, crisis stabilization, advocacy, psycho-education, community referrals, risk management, and mental health maintenance to diverse populations. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two puppies. Amanda provides Behavioral Health Services in the Beaverton Medical Clinic.


Tyron Tracy, PA-C

Neighborhood Health CenterTy holds a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University in Christiana, Delaware, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland. Ty spent two years in the Peace Corp and has experience in healthcare working with an endocrinologist, as a volunteer EMT, and as a physician assistant in urgent care and family medicine. Most recently, Ty has worked in the Portland area as a family medicine PA caring for patients from 3 days old to those in their 90s. He focuses educating patients on health issues and ways to continue to improve health outcomes. In his personal time Ty enjoys traveling the world, experiencing different cultures and foods and spending time with his two sons. Ty provides primary care services at the Oregon City Medical Clinic
