Dr. Ann Tseng

Meet Ann Tseng, MD, MBA. Dr. Tseng joins Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) this month as Chief Medical Officer.

Dr. Tseng came to NHC from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) where she served as Associate Professor of Family Medicine, OHSU School of Medicine, and as Associate Chief Medical Officer at OHSU Hillsboro Medical Center.

In this role, she served as a senior physician leader, providing physician oversight of outpatient operations for 18 primary and specialty care practices.

Dr. Tseng’s focus on patient-centered clinical care, quality improvement, and primary care practice transformation makes her a perfect fit for NHC.

“Dr. Tseng joins us at a unique and critical moment — as a seasoned clinical leader, in the midst of a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic, with experience serving historically marginalized populations,” said Jeri Weeks, NHC’s Chief Executive Officer.

“I’m excited to be a part of NHC,” Dr. Tseng said. “I look forward to working with the team to advocate for primary care for our most vulnerable communities.”

Dr. Tseng attained her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her Residency in Family Medicine at New York Presbyterian – Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Dr. Tseng obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare from OHSU.
