Unable to make your payment? For those experiencing financial hardship, NHC offers flexible payment plans with no interest and no late fees.
Payment plans are available to all patients, with or without insurance. Details of payment plans depend on your balance owed and circumstances (part-time employment, job loss, houselessness, etc.). We will work with you to find an amount that fits your budget.

Interested in a discount? Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) offers discounted services to patients living at or below twice the poverty level. Eligibility to participate in the program is based only on your household income and family size, as it relates to the most current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
No insurance? No problem.
All patients are encouraged to apply, including patients with insurance. Discounts apply to all NHC service categories (i.e. medical, dental, and behavioral health). Discounts vary depending on your assigned discount pay class (see Discount Classes A-D in the Monthly Income table below) and the service category being used at the time of appointment.
