NHC Tualatin High School-Based Health Center
The School-Based Health Center, located at Tigard High School, serves only Tualatin-Tigard School District students and siblings.
This SBHC provides patient-centered care no matter your ability to pay, insurance status, or current state of wellness. Services offered include diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, wellness exams and check-ups, sports physicals, immunizations, blood pressure and vision screenings, health counseling, dental hygiene services, behavioral healthcare, and addressing safe and responsible sexuality. We also offer trusted referrals for patients in need of specialty care.

After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 941-3180.
For prescription refills of established non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.
How to Find Us
This SBHC is part of Tualatin High School, with an exterior entrance on the west side of the school, along SW Boones Ferry Road. Follow clinic signage along the sidewalk to the side of the building, where the entrance will be on your left.
Taking the Bus?
This clinic is located very close to the SW Boones Ferry Rd & Ibach Stop for the 96 Bus.

Transportation Assistance
If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
