At NHC Tanasbourne Medical & Dental Clinic, you will receive patient-centered, community-minded care no matter your ability to pay or current state of wellness.  NHC Tanasbourne Medical & Dental Clinic offers team-based care for patients of all ages. We also offer trusted referrals for patients in need of specialty care.

Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 6:00PM

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

On-Call Provider: If the clinic is closed and you are a clinic patient in need of clinical advice, please dial (503) 848-5861 and request to speak with the on-call provider.

At NHC:  I serve as an Advanced Practice Practitioner providing primary care services to patients of all ages, backgrounds, and current states of wellness

What I do for Fun:  Spend time with my family, read, volunteer, go camping and hiking, and vacation in small towns around Oregon and Washington

Experience:  Over 15 years of serving diverse populations including military veterans, victims of trauma, and individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness; has also worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, residential case manager, and a clinical specialist for a national suicide prevention hotline
