NHC Oregon City Medical Clinic

At NHC Oregon City Medical Clinic, you will receive patient-centered, community-minded care no matter your ability to pay or current state of wellness. This clinic located in Oregon City, Oregon offers team-based care for patients of all ages.

Services offered include primary care, family medicine, preventative care, chronic care management, behavioral health and mental health support, nutrition education, and prescription support. We also offer trusted referrals for patients in need of specialty care.

After Hours Advice Line

A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 656-9030.

How to Find Us

This medical clinic is located on Molalla Ave., however, the entrance and parking lot is off Pleasant Ave. If you are heading north on Molalla, you will not be able to turn left onto Pleasant Ave. Instead, you will need to drive past the clinic and take the first left which will be Pleasant Ave. Drive up Pleasant Ave a short distance to turn into the clinic.

Taking the Bus?

This clinic is close to the Molalla & Mountain View Stop for the 32 and Oregon City Shuttle buses.

Transportation Assistance

If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.

Catherine Kateley-Williams, MA, LPC, CADC1

Education:  M.S.  Pacific University, Hillsboro, OR | Licensed Professional Counselor | Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor

Experience:  Practicing counseling since 2015, with specialized training in mediation of group conflicts, gerontology work with end-of-life preparation, behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy

At NHC:  I provide Behavioral Health services to diverse populations, including pregnant women and women postpartum suffering from addiction, victims of trauma, individuals who experience homelessness and mental health disorders

Experience:  Six years’ experience in an inpatient setting at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis

What I do for Fun:  Enjoy the Pacific Northwest through hiking and skiing, eat great food, and travel
