NHC Milwaukie Medical Clinic

At NHC Milwaukie Medical Clinic, you will receive patient-centered, community-minded care no matter your ability to pay or current state of wellness. Our NHC clinic located in Milwaukie, Oregon offers team-based care for patients of all ages.

Services offered include primary care, family medicine, preventative care, chronic care management, behavioral health and mental health support, nutrition education, and medication reconciliation. We also offer trusted referrals for patients in need of specialty care.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
(closed 12:00PM – 1:00PM for lunch)

Tuesday: 7:00AM – 6:00PM

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

After Hours Advice Line

A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 416-1960.

For prescription refills of established non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

How to Find Us

This clinic is located on the Providence Milwaukie Hospital campus on the third floor of The Healing Place.  To access the parking lot, turn onto Llewellyn Street. There is no clinic signage on the main floor. The elevator or stairs to the left of the main entrance will take you up to the 3rd floor. The clinic is in suite 325.

Taking the Bus?

The SE 32nd & Meek Bus Stop is right out front of the Providence Milwaukie Healing Place and services the 75 Bus.  The SE Harrison & 32nd Stop two blocks away services the 33 Bus.

Transportation Assistance

If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.

Education:  M.S.N  Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN

Experience:  Clinical experience with primary care services, urgent care services, pediatric primary care services, and in-home pediatric asthma services with specialty in gender affirming hormonal care and treatment for Hepatitis C

At NHC:  Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, backgrounds, and current states of wellness

Experience:  Former Chief Resident at the OHSU Family Medicine Residency Program and current Clinical Instructor for OHSU

Experience:  Over five years working in outpatient clinics, providing counseling services to individuals and groups, and conducting screening and assessments for diagnosis and level of care

At NHC:  I work with patients to develop behavioral health treatment plans and provide support to help them achieve their health goals.

What I do for Fun:  Travel with my family and friends, explore new restaurants, attend live music, watch horror movies, and read long novels in a big chair with my old Chihuahua
