NHC Merlo Station School-Based Health Center

At NHC Merlo Station High School SBHC, you will receive patient-centered, community-minded care no matter your ability to pay or current state of wellness. This School-Based Health Center in Beaverton, Oregon offers team-based care for Beaverton School District students.

Services offered include diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, wellness exams and check-ups, sports physicals, immunizations, blood pressure and vision screenings, mental health evaluations and counseling, health counseling, and addressing safe and responsible sexuality. We also offer trusted referrals for patients in need of specialty care.

Monday – Wednesday:
8:00AM – 4:30PM
(closed 12:00PM – 1:00PM for lunch)

Thursday through Sunday: Closed

NHC Merlo Station High School SBHC will be closed for the end of the school year starting Wednesday, June 22.  It will reopen for the start of the school year on Tuesday, September 6.

A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 941-3210.

How to Find Us

Merlo Station High School is across from the Beaverton School District offices and the clinic is located inside the school. ID is required at entry for school security. This clinic is only for Beaverton School District families.

Taking the MAX?

The Merlo Rd/SW 158th Ave MAX Station is located a few blocks away from the school and services the Blue Line. You can plan your trip at trimet.org/home/planner.

Transportation Assistance

If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.

Education:  M.A.  Pacific University, Hillsboro, OR  |  M.A.  University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines

Experience:  Over five years' of experience in behavioral health care, including in substance abuse recovery and MH individual and group therapy

At NHC:  I provide patient-centered behavioral health care, teach coping skills, and work with patients to modify health behaviors, ensuring the psychosocial and medical needs of each patient are met

What I do for Fun:  Play with my dog, Cookie

Education:  M.S.N.  Chamberlain University, Addison, IL

Experience:  Over 15 years of experience in a diverse array of healthcare environments, including trauma, emergency, general pediatric inpatient, and case management for women and children’s services, including as an RN in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Cardon Children’s Medical Center in Mesa, AZ

At NHC:  I provide primary care services for patients of all ages, backgrounds, and current states of wellness
