NHC Merlo Station School-Based Health Center
The School-Based Health Center, located at Merlo Station Campus School, serves only Beaverton School District students and siblings.
This SBHC provides patient-centered care no matter your ability to pay, insurance status, or current state of wellness. Services offered include diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, wellness exams and check-ups, sports physicals, immunizations, blood pressure and vision screenings, health counseling, behavioral healthcare, and addressing safe and responsible sexuality. We also offer trusted referrals for patients in need of specialty care.

After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 941-3210.
For prescription refills of established non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.
How to Find Us
Merlo Station Campus is across from the Beaverton School District offices and the clinic is located inside the school. ID is required at entry for school security. This clinic is only for Beaverton School District families.
Taking the MAX?
The Merlo Rd/SW 158th Ave MAX Station is located a few blocks away from the school and services the Blue Line. You can plan your trip at trimet.org/home/planner.
Transportation Assistance
If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
