Patient Reviews

At NHC we are constantly striving to optimize your experience and patient feedback is critical in this process of continual improvement. Patient surveys are randomly conducted by a third-party vendor to provide us feedback, which is the source of our provider ratings and patient comments.  Read more about how provider ratings are calculated.

"The receptionists all the way to the doctor are very polite, very easy to get along with."

"All the staff are really nice and they always help me whenever I need them. They always answer all of my questions."

"The nurses and front desk staff are just very helpful and caring. They understand that I have healthcare anxiety and they walk me through everything."

"My doctor is super nice, and the nurses are usually really nice. It was really quick in and out. It was straight to the point."

"We really enjoyed Celeste Craven! She does a really good job! I feel like Celeste really listens to my concerns about my daughter's medication, about her growing up, changing, and things like that. I think she listens, and she also took my daughter's thoughts and feelings into account too."

"The doctor and receptionists are very kind! They listen to you and answer your questions."

"Those who answer the phone, those who give me information about appointments and medicines, and the doctor explain everything clearly to me about how I should proceed with an appointment and ask me for requirements that are accessible to take. They sent me the lab information by text. They suggest providers or specialists that could help with my health."

"I like the attention of the receptionists and everyone."

"I liked the genuine concern about my child."

"I like the fact that it was quick and easy."

"I like how nurse attended to me quickly, she explained what was happening to me, she helped me a lot, she was very kind and very patient."

"My healthcare provider helps me to figure out my needs."

"I liked the fact that I could get the referral as soon as I got there. The gentleman that draws the blood and the medical assistant are nice people and are easy to talk to."

"The provider was very busy and didn't have enough time."

"The appointment took some time."

"I wish I was seen faster. I just feel like the provider doesn't know about my medical history. I have to explain it to her every time because she probably has a lot of patients. So she doesn't really remember about me. I feel like when I had different providers, I was taken a little bit more seriously than I am here."

"I know that there's COVID but the wait for long. I believe it was 20 to 25 minutes. I don't really use social media a lot. The wait time to get in, we were there early and took us a really long time to get seen."

"The wait in the clinic."

"I wish it didn't take so long to get other providers."

"There was confusion as my son had to get a COVID test so I had to reach out. Communication and the wait time for a COVID test could be improved."
