This position will staff as a Dental Receptionist, responsible for performing front office duties, such as scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and compiling information to maintain medical/dental records.

The Clinic RN is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services and support in the outpatient management and care of patients at Neighborhood Health Center. Registered Nurses are expected to understand their scope of practice in the State of Oregon and practice according to this scope of practice.

The Accountant I provides support for financial internal controls and problem solving in the General Ledger. This position assists with reports and financial information and performs basic accounting entries.

This position is responsible for providing clinical support to providers and working in a patient-centered medical home to provide quality care to patients.

Triage Registered Nurse

This position is the first point of contact for patients at Neighborhood Health Center, answering all clinical incoming medical & dental calls from patients. This position serves patients and customers in a fast-paced, challenging, multi-telephone contact center.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This position is responsible for providing consultative mental health care for our vulnerable and medically complex patients in our primary care setting. This includes assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. Works closely with primary care providers and behavioral health clinicians in a team approach to patient care.

Project Manager

This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Supply Chain and Support Services in the administration and oversight of assigned projects. Project management will encompass the total span of projects from inception/idea to completion and follow up. There will be a prioritization of projects relating to supply chain functions, and new construction of clinics with a strong emphasis on the medical home concept.

This position provides adult and pediatric phlebotomy services to patients in order to provide diagnostic information for use in our patient care. This person works closely with the clinic team to ensure immediate, courteous, and comprehensive responses to requests for service, or concerns about specimens and related matters.

The Behavioral Health Provider promotes patient-centered collaborative care, teaches coping skills, and works with patients to modify health behaviors. As the BHP you will work with primary care providers to ensure both the psychosocial and medical needs of each patient are met.

Employee Health Nurse

The Employee Health Services (EHS) Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides direct and indirect nursing care for Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) employees, with particular emphasis in occupational health. The EHS Nurse utilizes established nursing protocols and current standards of care to meet the wide variety of healthcare needs of the NHC employee population.
