Patient Reviews
At NHC we are constantly striving to optimize your experience and patient feedback is critical in this process of continual improvement. Patient surveys are randomly conducted by a third-party vendor to provide us feedback, which is the source of our provider ratings and patient comments. "The provider was very understanding."
"The appointment was quick and I attended well."
"Good service."
"I liked the attention of the nurse and provider."
"Excellent attention from the beginning of the appointment. It was well explained and in Spanish."
"It was good."
"Prompt visits when needed."
"Everything was excellent."
"I was attended and listened to."
"I always call to get a visit and they don't give me one. One person doesn't call me back and the other tells me to keep calling back. On my visit, the provider was worried, like he wanted to finish quickly. I wanted to talk to him, and he seemed pressured. The provider was cold like he didn't want to help me. One visit, I was late 5 minutes, and they couldn't attend me because I was late, and sometimes they make me wait 20 minutes or more. I live far. I don't think it's right."
"Providers had confusion about issues I had with medications and the next visit. I'm looking for a second opinion."
