Meghan holds a Master of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty from Yale University, a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from the University of California and an Associates of Arts in Humanities from Santa Rosa Junior College. Meghan has 7 years of experience in the health care field including 4 years working in community health clinics. She has a well-rounded family care background providing well woman care, patient education, chronic disease management, chronic pain management, and well child exams in community health centers in Texas, Connecticut, California and Oregon. In her free time Meghan has volunteered to provide patient care for veterans and newborns as a channel to fuel her passion for caring for underserved populations. Meghan’s personal interests include reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Meghan provides patient care in our Milwaukie Clinic.
Sandi holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Sandri has over 10 years of experience providing case management, therapy, dual diagnosis groups, facilitating access to appropriate resources, assisting veterans with discharges needs and plans, development of comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with medical and mental health providers, performing assessments, crisis intervention, lead youth anger management groups and linking patients with community resources. She has specialized training in Strengthening Families, Moral Recognition Therapy for Correctional Counseling and A&D 12 Step Facilitation Therapy. Sandri provides Behavioral Health Services in our Canby Clinic.
Ann holds a Doctor of Medicine from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from Alderson-Broaddus College, and General Studies Degree from Oregon State University. Ann has 9 years of experience providing medical services in Federally Qualified Health Centers as well as 9 years in hospital, urgent care and family practice settings. Her experience ranges from family medicine and OB/GYN to medical missions in Central America. In her personal time Ann enjoys traveling, bicycling, kayaking, hiking, photography and quilting. Ann will start with NHC in September 2015 providing services in our Canby Clinic.
