After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 850-4479.
For prescription refills of established non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

This clinic is located on the Providence Milwaukie Hospital campus, a block away from NHC’s Milwaukie Medical Clinic. The clinic sits atop a small incline between an apartment complex and the hospital. Clinic signage says “Neighborhood Health Center - Joseph Bernard Jr. Dental Clinic”.

Transportation Assistance
If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
