Our team of administrative professionals, led by Chief Executive Officer Jeri Weeks, provides overall direction and administration of NHC’s health center operations.
The executive leadership team interprets and applies the policies of the Board of Directors, establishes basic policies with which the various activities are carried out, guides and develops short and long-term planning and evaluates activities in terms of objectives.

Ms. Weeks has over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. She holds an MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration from City University in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Weeks has experience working in a governmental structure as well as private non-profits including Clinic Director, Clinic Administrator and CEO. Prior to joining NHC in 2012 she was the CEO/Division Manager of Community Health Centers of Lane Country.

Dr. Fité is a family physician with 15 years of experience including 6 years as a Medical Director in large healthcare systems, and 3 years with FQHCs. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine, a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Harvard School of Public Health and completed his residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin-St. Mary’s. Prior to joining NHC in March 2015 Dr. Fité was a Medical Director for the Department of Family Medicine/Elizabeth Family Medicine an academic practice at Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, NC. He has served in the active Army Reserves with numerous deployments over the past 20 years.

Mr. West has 30 years financial accounting experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Oregon State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. West’s accounting and auditing experience encompasses large and small companies and non-profits. Prior to joining NHC in 2012 he was the Accounting Manager for Tillamook County Health Department in Tillamook, Oregon, a fellow FQHC in the State of Oregon.

Julie DavisDirector of Clinic Operations, Julie Davis, RPh
Ms. Davis has 17 years of experience in healthcare providing clinical and pharmacy services in a Tribal FQHC serving a diverse population. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Oregon State University, and has extensive clinic and pharmacy operations analysis, regulatory oversight to assure compliance with state and federal laws rules and regulations, and 340B program implementation.

Jonathan holds a Doctor of Medical Dentistry from Oregon Health and Science University and a BS in Biology from BYU, Provo, Utah. Jonathan was named NHC Dental Director in May 2015. He is fluent in Spanish, spent two years in Argentina and was a dental and medical translator prior to completing his dental degree. Jonathan has 2 years of experience providing dental services to patients in public health clinics in New Mexico and Oregon. Jonathan has been with Neighborhood Health Center since 2013 and provides Dental Services in our Oregon City Dental Clinic. In his personal time Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, running, and collecting musical instruments!.
